You will notice that we used the term "Client" as opposed to the term "Customer".  The Webster's Dictionary definitions for these two seemingly identical words are:

Customer:      A person who purchases a commodity or service.
Client:              A person who is under the protection of another.

As you can see, there is an enormous difference in the meaning of the two terms.  Likewise, we think that you will find there to be an equally enormous difference in our approach to doing business with our clients.
